Welcome to the Ozaukee Country Club Caddie Page

If you are a first time caddie, please complete the following:

Caddie Info

  • Step 1

  • Download and print the Ozaukee Caddie Manual and Permission Form. Complete the last page to turn into the golf shop.                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  • Step 2

  • Download and print the Caddie Work Permit. Please make sure that you have your school complete the work permit.

  • Step 3

  • Download and print the WGA Training Manual. You may use this manual for the Caddie test, which is an open book test.

  • Step 5

  • Turn in all the last page of the caddie manual, the caddie information page, your work permit, and the caddie exam into the Golf Shop. Please be aware that you must have them all completed before you are able to caddie.

  • Parent information

  • Our goal is that each caddie, due to the time they put in during each training session, will be able to explain questions you might have regarding our program. If not, please download the Parents-Guardians Informational Guide which will explain how our caddie program operates, provide important information regarding the Chick Evans Scholarship, and other insightful tips to help you as a parent better understand our caddie program.
